The good news is we set a record on regular weekend volume (with no extended Monda holiday) for packages processed and we got ALL packages sent out that were submitted by 3:30PM EST today (thanks to all of you for your patronage). The bad news is I am a day or so behind on getting our customer service tickets finalized and resolved. Just have been very busy this weekend through today and with alot of inventory (restock and new) coming in over the past 9-10 days, etc. I need to get a bite to eat and sleep a couple of hours and will try to get all of them cleared. Max Wood manages all of the tickets (woody55 and he does an extremely steadfast and patient job with it) and forwards to me the tickets that need final resolution, so I will try to tend to those later this evening.
