Hi, I usually vape thrice in a week. my upper teeth got yellowness for last few days. I usually use crest toothpaste but is there any good product that is helpful in teeth whitening at home. i googled and found these, suggestion required.

  1. Shop 3DWhitestrips and Whitening Emulsions Products | Crest US
  2. Purely White Deluxe Review: Must Read This Before Buying
  3. Optic White® Overnight Teeth Whitening Pen | Colgate®
Many Thanks.

Hi and welcome,
Please consult a Dentist or dental specialist.

I’ve vaped (no cigs) every day for almost 9 years now. I like sweet (dark, coil clogging) juice. At my last dental cleaning, I pointed out new stains on my upper teeth. She was able to clean them off. I thought maybe the ejuice was causing the staining. But I’d been vaping the same juice from the same vendor. ‍♀️ I did an experiment, and exhaled every time one evening through a white hand towel, in the same place. There was no discoloration on the towel, so it wasn’t from vaping.

Everything is caused by vaping. Yellow teeth, dull hair, cracked fingernails, bad dance moves, procrastination, brain fog, crying jags, clogged drain pipes, soil loss, chipped paint, flat tires, constipation, ........, overeating, undereating, over spending, underachieving, overachieving, vampirism, zombie like behavior, criminal tendencies.

We're lucky to still be alive, we who vape.

Can I quote you on that?

Oops! I guess I just did.

For what it's worth, Consumer Reports once rated Ultrabright toothpaste as the best whitening toothpaste. That's been a few years though, and didn't make any comparison to other types of whitener. By the way, Ultrabright seems to be out of stock in every store in this little town.

If I’m not mistaken, whitening toothpaste works by abrasion, ie it’s toothpaste that contains hard small particles that help polishing. I guess you could probably just mix some fine sand into your regular toothpaste and get a similar effect. That’s also the reason you should use them in moderation, if overused they can damage your teeth. Also, some types of stains can’t just be polished away, typically coffee , tea and stains from cigarette smoking come to mind (ask me why I know that…), so the advice above (go see a dentist) is probably the best…

Hmmm... Ultrabright eliquid flavor?

I used to like Ultrabright best because of the crazy strong flavor. Nowadays, I hardly ever brush except when I'm going out. Somewhere along the line, a dentist told me that eating cleans your teeth. I'm definitely diligent about eating. He asked me if I ever went to any dentist who cared what kind of toothpaste I used. I had to admit, none. He said brushing can be harmful to the gums because people do it wrong, and that flossing is more important.

I don't think tasteful is the right word, under the circumstances.
In my rant above, "Everything is caused by vaping", the word you see censored is di@rrhea. Sometimes the censorship on this site is beyond belief. How could you ever use the term "verbal di@rrhea"? It is a real word. It isn't profanity or cussing or racist or sexist.

Well, whatever it takes to virtue signal, I guess.
