Actually, it's possible to do both, but not required. Maybe all the people who complain about this atty, or that cart, or the other batt should stop whining and build their own, no? Nice approach, but many of your assertions are incomplete or dubious. A little more research and less reliance on the particular sources cited might have made this a much better paper.

More complete and less dubious than ALA's ecig assertions; and they are professional "researchers" paid w/ donated money.
