I bought my ecig from Red Dragon and with it I ordered a syringe refill kit. I tried to use the syringe but it was too small to suck in the ejuice. Before I could take any steps to complain, Red Dragon's customer service emailed me because they had caught their own mistake. They apologized and are sending a new kit. I'm very impressed that a vendor would catch their own mistake and remedy it so quickly. They are also fast to respond to any inquiries on their web site contact page.
