Looking to stock up and carts for my tanks. Since this is my first carto tank I thought I would skip the trial and error and ask the folks in the know!

Seeing as your photo shows it attached to an ego or Kgo, I would get SINGLE coil cartomizers. Hoosier e-cig supplies sells these for like 1.59 per carto. He's got 1.7 or 2.0 ohm. These are pre-punched and flanged. If you are vaping a a thick VG juice, you might want to go with the 3 hole variety.

ahh well if it's a vv maybe the duals will work?? i dont know what an inferno is, but hoosier all sells the dual coils on various resistance, and he sells them by the piece so you can sample them and find the one that meets your need i think the duals are 1.99 and single coils are 1.59...he's got a good price on the tanks themselves too

+ 1 for MadVapes. Their DCT cartos work great and they have a wide selection of ohms. I still buy only single hole and widen them slightly with a grind tip on my Dremmel. Reviews are saying the 3 hole ones will leak. I think their recommendation chart is a little off so from trial/error here is where im at:
3.7V use the 1.25ohm Dual coil
5V use the 2ohm
6V the 3ohm

The VV volt thing has me on hold for only a Provari 2. Some VV mods like a Lavatube will not push dual coil cartos, the regulator in it will not allow. Check out this Grimmgreen vid on tanks, he talks about this:
