Hi everyone... I'm new here, and, first, I'd like to say thanks for all the info... it definitely helped in figuring out where to start and got me set up with an e-cig that I like. Next, the question...

I know this is a common one that's been faced several times. I've read some of the other posts and reviews, which have definitely been helpful (thanks everyone), but I'd like to be as specific as possible about what I'm after.

I just switched from analogs, got a Puresmoker Ace, which seems great. Bought some of the Puresmoker Marlboro juice (24mg) and it's waayyy too light in flavor for me... maybe would be ok for someone who smokes lights, but I, personally, can't stand light cigarettes.

My preferred cigs were Nat Sherman Classics... strong, earthy, leathery. I'm not into sweet tasting tobaccos. I want something earthy that can stand up to the flavor of my coffee in the morning and whiskey at night. Anyone who smoked something like Nats (Dunhills maybe) out there? Or, at the very least, is there any juice that actually tastes like a full-flavor analog?

Thanks.

You might try Dekang TAB. I'm sure some folks absolutely hate it and you might too, but it's worth a shot. I'll agree that most of the PS flavors I've tried were too weak in that respect, but their TAB might be a bit better than the Marlboro for what you're looking for. It's still not nearly as strong as the TAB I've had directly from China, though. I do have to admit that the Chinese flavors vary from batch to batch, so you may or may not luck out.

I never smoked anything with a filter on the end of it. So I am not really sure how full flavor M's are as they always tasted light to me after tearing the filter off of the ones I bummed.

I have not found anything that tastes exactly like burning tobacco.

But, when I have a craving for a full tobacco kind of taste, I reach for my Halo Harley56. Nice full body with a tobacco like taste. I am just happy that they are actually getting more stock going next week as I have been holding off using too much of it during the drought.

My DIY experiments to find a combo that produces a flavor like Cuban cigar's smell has come close once, but it still eludes me. That flavor though is my main goal in juice flavor experimentation though. (The Dekang juice "cuban cigar" tasted, to me, like what someone who lived under an outhouse thought a cuban might taste like.)

After trying the Johnson Creek line, I also think that's something you should try. It has a very distinct base flavor that I smelled in all the flavors in both lines that I thought was too strong...I don't like a strong earthly/tobacco flavor (My analogs are salem lights.)
I would try their sample packs if you can...or get small samples from others.

I was a Camel Turkish Gold smoker for last couple years and Camel Light prior to that for several years. I found the DeKang Turkish Blend to be very authentic to a Camel.

Having said that, closest to an analog I have vaped by FAR is NHaler Octane Plain Tobacco.

Always remember on flavors though, taste is extremely subjective and YMMV

If you are into DIY at all or if there's a juice you hate, you could try adding some tobacco absolute to it. It's very strong and only a couple of drops would be needed. You can get it at the Perfumer's Apprentice. I wouldn't actually get the pure stuff, but the tobacco tobacco blend formulated by scubabatdan:

Perfumers Apprentice - Tobacco Blend

Hi Red. You seem to have a good handle on this. How is Scubabatdan's mixture put to use? I understand that it already has EM in it. So, when the bottle arrives in the mail box, I would just add it to my PG/nic mixture? I want to experiment in DIY and this seems like the right set of training wheels for me. =)

Thank you for any help you can offer...
