SO i ordered two bottles of usp grade VG liquid from this site. I have heard good things so I made the leap and went ahead and bought some stuff. Super fast shipping by the way. They were short stacked on the USA grade liquids I wanted, so they automatically set my shopping cart to two bottles instead of four which is fine. However wen I got the stuff in the mail, the VG based liquid was not USA grade. It jus said VG 11mg on the bottle with no signs of USA grade. The regular vg liquid was dirt cheap where as the USA was about $5 more a bottle. Since emailing them last week I have not heard a thing. Just wondering if Rob could shoot me an email. thanks

Mikeyb, did you try to contact Rob? He's very good about taking care of things. I know he's in the process of opening a store and he's always taken care of me with any problems. HTH

Yea i got an email from Rob today. He is going to resolve the issue. Understandable that he is opening a store and that is why he didnt't get back quick. Thanks for the heads up everyone. Good customer service from goodprophets

But leave it up to Rob to take care of the most challenging problems.
