Got a Great New Purse Today

Went out to do a little after Christmas shopping and got myself a new Liz purse. Inside are many fabulous pockets that include two skinney little ones - I suppose they were meant for ink pens or the skinney lipsticks but two V4Life XL batteries loaded with my favorite flavors fit perfectly I am thrilled and looking pretty styling. Hope everyone had a fabulous holiday and Happy New Year to all. It's so wonderful going into the new year being a non-smoker...

OOOHH I love new purses! My kids tease me about my matching shoes and purses. Don't get me wrong..they are payless and stuff.
Love the e-cig pockets! My x-long cigs get lost in my purse..but my winter coat has a hidden pocket that they fit right in!

I went to Michaels craft store and fell into a 70% off sale! Lots of yarn and some pretty curio cabinet stuff.

I wore brown today at a Women group lunch and to my G'son's 11th B'day party. (Hogwarts express here we come!) I dug out my brown purse and saw that it said Liz and Co. I also got it at a Penny's sale years ago!

Have any of you seen that Meechi purse on late night TV - the one where you change its cover (instead of having to change purses). I think that's a cool idea. I'd get one except it isn't especially large; one of the local ladies has one and she likes it tho'.

I have'nt seen it. I do love JC penneys purses though, but I haven't been there for awhile, going to have to make a point to check them out.

Purses !!! I love purses but I can never find ones I like !! I have carried a used Dunnie for 5 years !!!
Soooo....I found one last year, well, hubby found it, loved it....wow---$400.00 for a Bramin...I said no way !
But...these things eat at you ya know....I mean...I haven't spent any money on purses....5 years times...???...but still $400.00...just can't do it...So I saved change all year....

Well....Thanksgiving weekend we went to the International Outlet Mall.....to the Bramin Outlet. They of course did not have that one from before...but I did find another I loved.....so...I got it ! Was "only" $200.00 I was happy !! Then...ready for this ??? Hubby brings up the matching wallet and says here, get this too...Dang $119.00 !!! I said no ...he said yes....So...I said OK !!!!....COOL ! (kinda sheepishly, but very happy )

You can bet I will not even look at purses for another few years !!!!

And I look good carrying that bag !!!!

LOL, the title of this thread caught my attention immediately. I have fallen slightly off the deep end this past year with purses. Discovered a boutique called Brighton and fell in love, but didn't love those prices. In my life I never spent more than $80 on a purse and these start at $165, most are more like $250-$350 (ouch). However I got over my price phobia (not sure that was a good thing) and now own 3. But now I'm going to look for one that has a nifty pen holder, what a great idea for carrying my PV!

Star, I can't do those pricey jobs! I have never spent more then $30.oo for a purse or shoes! The good thing is that Penny's and Sears always have half price or better sales...lol!

The problem with these are, some are just so darn pretty. It was fun to have something unique, doesn't look like every other purse I've ever had and other people have, and they are well-made. Better be cuz these have to last for many years now.

My sister and I went shopping last year to get clothes for my nephew's funeral and she wanted to go to the goodwill. Don't you know she ended up walking out of there with a 20$ PRADA purse....

Ooh I LOVE Kohls for purses!!
I got an ebook reader for my birthday in September and bought a HUGE purse to carry it in, with all my ecig supplies, wallet, snacks, etc. Now that I am not working, it just sits on my dresser and looks beautiful, heh. At least I get to admire it!!
