Take out the old filler, rinse it out in warm water and pat it dry. Then either use a syringe to fill it back up after putting it back in the cart or if you don't have a syringe, put it in the cart a little and drip 2-3 drops, push it in a little more and more drops, etc. You ALWAYS want you filler moist but not pooling. You can do this for probably about a week before the filler gets too beat up to continue using. Then you can buy empty carts to start the process over again or you can go to Wal-Mart and get a bag of polyester filler and make your own filler. Some members have also been using Lipton pyrimid (sp) tea bag material to use as filler and claim it is better than the poly fill.

Good Luck

well i just cleaned out my cart and refilled it wit strawberry e-liquid, and one lil problem it taste kinda minty, cuz i had menthol in the cart b4....i washed it good 2 i thought....could it be that mint is so strong it dnt wash out or what?

Keep menthol, mint separate fillers. You won't get it out. You'll just have to live with the strawberry mint. Many people have 'found' new flavors by not washing out their fillers but it's still a good idea to do so about once a week or if you're changing flavors - I have three boxes - new carts, cleaned carts, cleaned menthol carts. ;-)

I mainly vape menthol. I use new batting when recycling carts BUT the menthol is so strong IMHO that I will only use the same carts for menthol that I previously used for menthol and same for atomizers (unless I've completely cleaned and re-primed the atomizer). Menthol lingers around if used in the cartridge so try a fresh cart casing before trying to get true flavor :)
