Got pin out by putting small screw driver in the center post where the positive leads go and turned back and forth to get it loose. Once loose i was able to push the whole pin out. Left the insulator in and just used a needle file to make 2 groves in the insulator slid the pin back in. Cut the top insulator to match the bottom with a scissor. Took less then 30min and works incredibly well.
