Got my 510-T, but having trouble with the tank, sort of

I received my 510-T and as always, the first things to do is charge the battery and fill one of the tanks. The battery is no problem, but those little flip lids on the tanks are a real bear to open. They have two little catches, one on each side, and everywhere I have read says I should be able to flip them open from one side with a thumb nail. That ain't happening. Once I get it open, it's a little easier the next time.

Hopefully, one of you pros out there can tell me:

What's the best way to open a new Joye 510-T tank?

When replacing the tank lid, should the little tabs on both sides go back through the little loops? Those are almost impossible to get started back into the loops as they were when they were new and unopened.

Besides that, I've had no problems so far with this new gadget, and really like how it smokes.

Never tried that tank...but welcome. I'm buping this so maybe an after work surfer will see this and help.

if no one answers tonite maybe you can send a picture. I don't use those tanks so can't picture what you are saying. I do use a similar tank (doesn't require the special atty) and I found I can "open" them easier if I use a kleenex instead of my bare fingers. kleenex and bent paperclips - two things I always have around since I started vaping lol
