Just picked it up from the post office, and what can I say, it's brilliant :) I don't like the default cartridge taste, too plain and sweet for me. But I also got Camel 36mg and Apple 18mg e-juices(I plan to mix them together, not using separately) and this combo works perfect for me. I of course don't have other juices to compare yet, but the mix I tried, to me it tastes very much like the sheesha apple tabaco(probably cause this apple e-juice :) ). The amount of vapor is almost identical to what I got from analog cigarettes -I smoke(ed) Camel's lights. All in all I don't think I'll be going back to normal cigarettes. If this works, I'll be finally free from this mess.

Will be reporting in a week, how it goes. Now I'm going back to enjoy my new toy. Thanks very much to all of you, thanks to you I decided to give a e-cig a green lite, and now I'm glad I made that choice :)

PS. For now I can 100% recommend e-cigs.co.uk to buy from. Great customer sevice(I've sent him tons of questions, he responds the same day afternoon), I got some free cartridges because of membership here, and 5% off using the coupon code mentioned in one topic by Dustin.

One more thing I just noticed. The amount of e-liquid in both containers differs quite a bit. I don't know if I got less or more than I ordered, and if it's smokester or his suppliers fault(i suspect the latter). Here's the photo(they both should be 15ml):

That is a difference Novo!

15ml is to the top of the indented side of the bottle (so the bottle on the right is slightly overfilled). Since we were made aware of this issue we put measures in place to prevent this happening and have raised the issue with our manufacturer also.

To explain, each Juice bottle is sent to us in its own box from the manufacturer which made for a much smoother packing operation for us, but we have been made aware by some customers that on some flavours, the fill is not quite right. Our new process is to open each box and check to ensure each bottle is filled to the correct mark before shipping.

Clearly this did not happen here and I'll investigate excatly why and email you directly.

Rest assured we'll take care of you as we do with all of our customers. :)

Many thanks

Told ya Smokester was a good un. He looks after his customers well.

Thanks Kate :D

We are actually in the process of changing our whole bottle range in terms of design and manufacture. This will ensure that this issue simply can't happen in the future.

Thanks again...
without our customers we are nothing!

I've just today taken the plunge and ordered my first ever e-cig from Smokester, the 901 in pink (what can I say!), so I'm glad to hear you love yours Novo.

Seems that most people do, and that the 901 is a great choice for an e-smoking virgin.

I agree that Smokester is great. I always ask far too many obscure questions before parting with my 'hard-earned', and he has quickly and politely responded to every single one. Brilliant service and very reassuring!

I've ordered Like Smoke and French Pipe ejuice and apple, cherry and menthol carts. I think that should cover a reasonable range of bases for a starter.

I hope I like mine as much you like yours. I'll let you know!

Kate: I didn't mean smokester is a bad supplier. To be honest I've never been treated so well by any seller in my life :) He even ofered a compensation for what happened, so that's another great plus on it's account. I've also read somewhere on this forum, that someone got an underfilled bottle to, from another seller. That's why I suspected that this was the fault of his supplier, not him. I just wanted to make it public, so maybe more people would write of similliar situations and let's our voice be heard. The more we talk about it, the greater chance that the suppliers will put more effort in pressing their suppliers. In the end, maybe this shady business will end. So to sum it up, I recommend smokster's e-store(e-cigs.co.uk) to everybody, and from what I've read I'm not the only one.

Also to write a bit more about the ecig itself. It start to frighten me a little bit. I was puffing today all day long, and cause I have strong juices I feel a little shaky now. And also got a little headache, but I probably overdosed it(about 6-7 refills today). The vapor is very good, also the battery lasted me till 20(about 8hr of almost constant smoke) so that's a big plus also. I've smoked 5 analog cigs today, from which 3 were before I got the ecig. Thats my record for the last 4,5 yr(since the beginning of my smoking). The whole experience is quite different then analog cigs and I do miss the real smoke a little bit, but I hope that in time I will get used to vapor, and will forget this dark part of my life. I'm glad that I found about those devices only after 4+ years of smoking and not as some of you after 20+.

I also have one question concerning the atomizers. The get warm during the usage, how can I determine when to give it a little break? I don't mean when to stop drawing, that's indicated by the LED, but as I take one few puffs in a row I'm a little afraid it will burn the atomizer. Do you know some sort of sign of that coming?

Cheers,
novo.

novo, when the atomiser starts to get quite warm, thats a sign to put the ecig down for awhile...

its tempting to just puff non stop, but youll be doing yourself and your atomiser a favour if you give it a break every so often, and let it cool...

if you want to vape non stop, its probably advisable to get more than one ecig, and by the sounds of it,some lower strength eliquid...

Thanks for the info darcy, it's what I did. I take 3-5 puffs and then let it cool down. And about the nic overdose, I'd recommend the 18mg or 14mg juices if you puff constantly. I'm a 20+ analog smoker, and 36mg after 8-10 puffs hits really hard. The 18mg starts to kick my head after 1,5-2hr. Now after the whole day I decided I'll use up no/low/mid carts. I think I'll slow down a little bit in a few days, after I'll get used to vaping. We all now what happens when a man gets a new toy :) We're all just little boys inside :)
