After fighting w/ an Ego-T system for about a week, I rush ordered an Ego-C system from Ovale. I would have been back on the Analogs had I not done something.

I liked the battery duration and tank reservoir for the "T" system, but couldn't get an Atty to perform properly. Burnt taste constantly, and if I tried to adjust the wick, then I got leakage into the Atty reservoir (Hate wasting good juice).
I contacted TW, and they tried to play dumb. (I had been away from these forums for about a year, and should have at least researched the "T" system before ordering, and I would have saved myself some aggravation).. I point TW to several links here.

But, back to the Ego-C.. All good so far! Atty broke in quickly, about 15-20 vapes, and I was getting flavor (Not burnt "Used Cat Litter" taste like the "T" gave me).. About 30 Vapes in the flavor turned on like a light switch.

Is it the flavor concentration I got from my 2 yrs of DD'ing a 510? No, but it's 90%, and I can live with that. I'll make some adjustments to my juice to offset, and get the flavor increased a bit.

I'll update over the next couple of days, if any issues arise... (Do like the fact that the Atty is very accessible now for maintenance. Hopefully it's just cleaning maintenance, and not the adjustment nightmare's I experienced with the "T" system)

Bottom Line = :p

I got mine yesterday, and just started using it a few hrs. ago. So far, so good. I can see some issues with getting the retainer for the atomizer off, but other than that, it should be just as good, or better than the "t". I'm getting lots of vapor, throat hit is "so so", but I'm used to 36 mgs., and I am using the juice that came with my kit. So far, I'm impressed. Now, lets see how long these atomizers last. rsmith76

The '90% of DD' is very close to my experience with the T's and even better with the eGo-c. I had better luck with the T's - mainly because I split up the time vaping among several of them. None got so hot as to affect the viscosity as much as if someone were powervaping one eGo. I DIY and did add one part more flavor to my formula which brought the DV flavors back in line with what I was tasting on the eGo mega attys and carts. Lighter flavors don't do well on the T's because of the heat transfer from the spike, imo - but that isn't happening with the C's so far - going on a month now for me.

Kent,

Agreed, I'm a few tanks into my "C" now, and still doing fine.
A friend and I have some 250MG NIC from our DYI juice efforts that's been in storage awhile, but it's only slightly colored, and has been stored in the fridge. Hoping it is still 100%, as my buddy is going to make up some vanilla custard w/ an extra shot of flavor to try out.

So, are the attys cleanable? I've become quite the pro when it comes to pulling a type-B apart and cleaning everything up. I too switch between 4 or so attys and just clean them all about every two weeks. takes about 1/2 hour to complete all four. Not bad in my book for 2 weeks of vaping.

I am interested in the C but I do wonder if the attys are serviceable.

kilascay, I didn't buy an extra blister pak of Atty's at this point. Think I'm gonna still DD at home w/ LR510's. The Ego "C" beats the "T" system hands down so far for running correctly, but still missing that 10% of the flavor I crave. It will work perfectly when I'm out at night, or mobile... But, at home, gonna DD.

The beauty of the "T" was that I could run a $10 LR atty for a long time as long as I kept it clean. I currently have 4 LR attys I switch between and they all still vape like champs. And when I do clean them, it takes me able 1/2 total to clean all 4 of them. And, they are ready to vape as soon as I am done. No need to have them sit overnight or such.

I am hoping the "C" is at least somewhat serviceable. Sure, $30 isn't bad but if I could stretch my dollar a little longer...
