I started with the T and it was ok...bought the C and it seemed to vape better for me. The only leaks that I have had have been fixed with the silicone tank caps.

And the c atomizers have been easy to clean, and they don't take up so much room in my kit...

As to my cleaning I just soak em in alcohol in a cup and swishing em around a bit.. Some people like using distilled white vinegar...

Then I let em dry for a few days, setting them in the sun or someplace warm here and there...then I prime them well with some pg or vg...then back into my kit they go. I average about 2-3 weeks before my draw gets tighter...and I have only burnt one atty. and it was an original from the ego t set...

I LOVE my eGo-C! If you like the concept of the eGo-T but hate the problems you'll love the eGo-C too.
Don't pull hard; use a steady, gentle draw & you won't ever have any leaking problems or flooded attys. Also I've found the hard caps to be great on the tanks. I pierce 'em the 1st time with a smooth twisting motion, then twist a few times to ensure a clean hole. I also refill with a syringe so I never really take the caps off, cutting down on wear & tear. Also don't fill the tank completely full. Leave an air bubble so your juice will wick properly.

Don't really get much dry hits....once you prime the attys the first time you use 'em & leave at least a couple secs in between draws you should be good.
Real easy to change flavors on the fly too....2-3 puffs & the old flavor's gone. Even menthol & cinnamons don't stick around too long.

Only flavor I ever had to soak for days in alcohol to get rid of was the aftertaste from some Dekang Chocolate Cream I tried. Crap that burning cream taste lingered! Was just nasty -shivers- lol If it was anything other than a tiny C atty I don't think I'd ever have been able to get rid of it!
Rotating between 6 attys right now & they've been goin strong for the last 4 mths so they do last. Each gets about 2 weeks of use then a soak & a cleaning tho so YMMV.

It's hard to tell exactly, but those look like the original CE4, pretty much junk. They had a bottom coil and a plastic down tube. MiT moved on to the CE4+ which was quite similar to the Vision eGo (pansy named Startdust).

Note the the CE4+ on the left and the Vision on the right.

These things have moved on with many revisions and there is is a blurring of the names and manufacturers.

You now want to get the ones that come apart for easy cleaning and have replaceable parts, including low price heads.

Thanks for everyone's input. I'm going to order the boge cartos for the time being. They are inexpensive and right now I just want a consistent reliable no fuss no muss vaping experience for a while. That will give me a break from the eGo t drama for a while and I can investigate other options. Besides all I've ever used was the T and some cheap mistic ecigs I started vaping on. Maybe I should play the field. If memory serves my ego batteries are like 900-1000 mah. Can some one tell me which boge would better suit those batteries? The 2.0 or 3.0? What I am most concerned with is consistent draws and no burnt tasting dry hits if that helps.

For eGo batteries (between 3.3v and 3.7v), the 2.0 ohm cartos will likely be a better bet to get decent vapor and flavor. For me, the 3 ohm cartos work best on a VV device somewhere between 4.5v and 5v. Once you get them, check out a few videos on YouTube with regard to the different filling methods (syringe, drip-shake, condom, etc).

Best of luck to you and I hope you find the setup that works best for you very soon! :D

Thanks! Sounds like the 2.0 is what I want. I'll report back after they arrive. Anything that works consistently will be better than the drama I've had with the tank. It saddens me really. I love everything about my eGo T, except the unreliable vaping.

I loved my T when I got it last year... then I got a carto sample kit was on a special, with 2 each of 9 different giant style cartos. I knew nothing about cartos or what to get, so that deal struck my fancy. They lay around for awhile, but once I started with cartos, the T never got used again. I have about 8 flavors going on at a time and I just top up when needed. No fuss at all. Out of that big bunch of cartos, I really love the EMDCC the best. Both (of the original 2) lasted over 6 months!!! Yep! Believe it or not. Actually they were still working fine, but I ran out of the juice that I had been using in the one and in the other, I just go tired of the flavor and was dying to crack open a brand new one lol.

I haven't had any problems wth my Ego-T cartridges. The trick is to make sure they are in the atomizer solid. I place them in vertically and make sure that they are really secure before I draw on them. If you put a cartridge in horizontally, it will not be on exactly right and could cause the leaking

I also have the clearomizers and 510 cartomizers and they do work really well too. I also change flavors fairly often, maybe 2 or 3 a day, so have a few all ready filled up and ready to go. I know it probably looks weird, but I label my cartomizers so the flavor will remain the same and I can tell which one I am choosing.

go get the F1, has big old clearomizer with the kit...and only $38 bucks now!
use your other one for battery's leave the c part in a dark , dark draw....!

go here:

I've been using the eGo-T for a few months now and here's the thing. I love the premise of the tank system because I like using many different juice flavors, I don't really have an all day every day vape. The problem is that I seem to have to spend more time fiddling with it than vaping. I am constantly having to adjust wicks to combat flooded attys or dry, burnt hits. Also the wicks just never seem to last as long as the atty. I haven't had much luck with any of the diy wick replacement methods either. I've been through several attys, both LR and regular, and they seem to do fine for a couple of weeks then the problems start. Yes I do blow it, by mouth, out a few times a day when changing tanks. I also clean it at least once a week by removing the wick needle and dry burning. Nothing seems to help.

My question is this, can anyone with both eGo-T & C experience tell me if the C is any better or just more of the same? I am considering the C conversion kit. Will the T tanks fit the eGo-C?:blink::unsure::unsure:

Whoohoo! I'm not getting on with the eGo-C doodads either and am using vision (stardust). Wondering if my need to use 100% VG causes my cart problems. BUTthe reason I'm commenting is that I've also been cooking my brains trying to think of a beautiful but practical tabletop display for my dresser - and here it is! <G>

I think the basic ego delivery systems suck. I use glass carto tanks and they work great on ego batts with the right resistance carto in them. Maybe try a DCT tank first and see how you like it before investing in more expensive glass tanks. But for me carto tanks are the answer and I switch flavors ALOT too. Good luck! bnrk

I just wanted to post a follow up and thank everyone for the input. I have been using the Boge 2.0 Carts for about 2 weeks now and they work wonderfully. The only complaint I have is that I wish they held a little more juice. It hasn't been too much of a problem though. I have about 9 in rotation with as many flavors. I use a small label on each cart so they get refilled with the same flavor, and the sticker is hidden under the atty cone I got when in use. I just grab 2-3 full ones before I head out the door and I'm good for the whole 11 hour shift @ work.:vapor:

Having a carto tank would take care of that problem. Getting my cartos into tanks was a huge improvement for me - I was tired of constantly having to monitor my carto and top it off. You get the same vape as you do with your carto, but with much less topping off. The problem there is that you'd need a bunch of tanks if you're going to be constantly rotating so many flavors. If you're finding that there are a couple of flavors that you use most though, you could at least keep those in tanks.
