Got my first E-cig today! (The Mirage Cigarettes model)

A couple of weeks ago I stumbled across igotcha69's video reviews of e-cigs which eventually led me to this forum. After a little bit of research I decided that vaping sounded like my kind of scene.

In fact, the prospect of replacing my horrible cigarette habit with vaping got me so excited that I ordered two different models. I ended up ordering a starter kit from Mirage Cigarettes as well as the Black EVO from Intellicig.

Today my e-cig from Mirage Cigarettes came in the mail. I must say that I am extremely impressed with Mirage Cigarettes for a number of reasons:

1. My package came very quickly. I ordered it one week ago. I guess I was one of the lucky ones who didn't have their package held up in customs.

2. I was afraid I would have to charge my e-cig before I could use it but both batteries were actually fully charged when they arrived.

3. I ordered their basic starter kit and assumed I would also have to purchase a voltage converter since in my haste to begin vaping I didn't think to order their USB kit. However, apparently they thought ahead for me and sent me the USB starter kit which even included an outlet adapter for US outlets.

4. The e-cig is everything I hoped for. It's easy to draw, produces plenty of vapor and the menthol e-liquid tastes great. The vapor actually tastes like menthol instead of just minty ash (I smoke Kools).

Obviously I have nothing to compare my Mirage e-cig to, but I can certainly say that I have nothing to complain about. I'll be able to make a better judgement when I'm able to compare it head-to-head with the Black EVO, but in the mean time I'm going to go order some extra accessories for my Mirage. By the way, I'm not sure if the Mirage e-cig is any of the standard models. I haven't found a model number anywhere.

I bought a 901 on Saturday and realized that the batteries would not work out for me. Today I bought an 801-pen style. The batteries seam like they last longer and the cart are bigger. I ordered a USB pass through and some juice today. I spend about half of my day in front of a computer in a private office. I will be vaping in there.

A couple of things I have noticed.
I enjoy vaping indoors more than outside.
Neither one of them seam to hit very hard. Not like a cigarette anyways.
I am hoping the new juice is better than the one I got for free from the guy at the tobacco store.
I haven't smoked since Saturday. That is a miracle in its self. I hope I can find a way to make this work for me. My lungs feel better already.

Thanks to this site I have learned how to use the ecig. Otherwise I would have been lost.

For consistent throat hit (every drag) and long battery life (6-8 hours), you need a 1000mAh battery. The ones you have put out about 200mAh. The only option is make one (check the mod forum) or get a screwdriver like many of us have. It is 100% better than any other PV you can buy.
