So I've been posting on the forums a bit deciding on and then waiting for my e-cig to come in. I got a Silver Bullet.

Lemme say, wow. I tried smoking an analog an hour after I first tried this, and it just didn't seem to be as good.

However, I have one slight problem. I seem to be having an issue getting a lot of vapor out of it. I see people boasting the same amount of vapor as smoke from an analog, but I don't seem to get that. I filled the cart until it wouldn't take any more liquid, and then I tried dripping a couple drops on the atty (510). Dripping a couple drops worked better, but I don't know if I'm just not hitting it right, or if I'm simply missing something.

any help would be appreciated.

Welcome aboard!! I am not sure how the vapor ist with your 510, I went with Vapor 4 Life and I love it. I get lots of vapor and flavor. Love cola, doc pepper, green apple, blueberry.

Good luck.

Im a HUGE V4L fan, and glad I went with them! I really have wanted to try all of those you mentioned! I have some of my favorites on order, along with kiwi and doc pepper! My fave atm is Margarita and Dark Chocolate, and I don't seem to have a prob getting vapor unless my atty gets clogged. Blowing it out for me seems to do the trick. :)

What I learned as time progressed is that vapor production is tied to about a zillion different reasons and the reasons can be anything from the liquid you use and it's quality and viscosity to the hardware you own to how old or worn out that hardware is to the relative humidity and what direction the bed you wake up in is facing multiplied by how hard that damned butterfly in Taiwan is flapping his damned wings.

Seriously everytime you think you get a handle on it something else comes up and you enter a death spiral of research in ECF.

Exactly! Long, slow drags, take it into your mouth THEN your lungs-don't hold it in!- and exhale! If you hold it in you won't have as much vapor. I was wondering why you weren't getting a ton of vapor with your Silver Bullet because everyone that has one always gets tons of vapor, so it's gotta be something you're doing. Also, when you fill your cart-if it puddles up on top then that's too much and you will flood your atomizer, you will need to dab off the excess with a paper towel. If you hear a gurgleing sound on the inhale then you've got too much and you need to take the atty off, remove the mouthpiece and blow it out from the battery end.

So full day 1 went very well. Not one analog. Ordered some orange, vanilla, chocolate, caramel, and strawberry juice from ecigusa. Figured I wanted more of a range than just camel tobacco juice and menthol juice. Also been using that no fill cart mod I found (works great). Gonna be going to the store to pick up crest mouthwash (read it is good for cleaning attys), and to pick up some naolox(sp?). So with those two "maintenance" products coming tomorrow, I now have: silver bullet, 3 attys, 2 batts, charger, 15 carts (some transformed to no fill mod), and 60ml of juice (50 more on the way). I *think* I'm good for a while and just gotta wait til an atty blows or something til I need to buy more products. Am I right? Or is there some other necessity I need?

I haven't been getting a lot of vapor eather I wonder if its the brand I got (Modern Vapor Sidesho). On the first hit i get a good amount and the second hardly any so i sit it down for a few min and its back to normal. I have tryed using prefilled and liquid and its the same for both.
:-x
Sounds like you are using it faster and more often than it can wick up more juice. There are MANY ways around this, starting with simple solutions like the "thermometer" or "windmill" methods, and working the way up through different filler materials and cartridge mods.

Folks who were saying long slow inhales had it right for me. That was the problem. No idea that's what I had to do thought it was sucking like on an analog.

NOW it is producing a helluva lotta vapor and every now and then I overdo it and the throat hit kicks my ... No complaints with THAT.:D

:thumb: Gettin' the hang of things! :D
