I received the Vamo from Vaporbreak today. I noticed that the top tube is not screwed all the way and you cannot unscrew it, is this normal, you cannot unscrew the top tube from the switch assembly? PLUS it is crooked,so the vamo is leaning a little bit. Did anyone have this issue?

Thanks kiwivap. Any other cheap but reliable vamo vendors you suggest?
Like MattB101 said, a light tap will straighten it out. I don't see it as necessary to return when the fix is so easy.I received the Vamo from Vaporbreak today. If you don't feel brave enough to try fixing it yourself and if you're going to get another one, I'd try Healthcabin. They've had their quirks but overall a very good vendor. They've even went so far as to do a free recall on their VAMO springs that have issues. Now what other vendor does something proactively like that on their own? I've never seen one. Kudos to them for that. In addition you can get the VAMO or "Bamboo" as they call it with 3-5 day shipping for under $50.
Health Cabin has an excellent reputation but tomorrow Chinese New Year begins. That usually does very unhappy things to shipping schedules for items coming from China.
Or you could just try getting a tight hold on it and sort of bend push it back together.I dropped my lava tube once and it looked just like that.I pushed it back into line and it still works fine.I can understand your frustation though about it arriving in the post like that![]()
