I received the Vamo from Vaporbreak today. I noticed that the top tube is not screwed all the way and you cannot unscrew it, is this normal, you cannot unscrew the top tube from the switch assembly? PLUS it is crooked,so the vamo is leaning a little bit. Did anyone have this issue?

It's a press fit. a light tap with a small hammer and protected by a block of wood should straighten it out. Operative phrase here is light tap. There is a circuit board in there and you don't want to break it.

Thanks kiwivap. Any other cheap but reliable vamo vendors you suggest?

If you don't feel brave enough to try fixing it yourself and if you're going to get another one, I'd try Healthcabin. They've had their quirks but overall a very good vendor. They've even went so far as to do a free recall on their VAMO springs that have issues. Now what other vendor does something proactively like that on their own? I've never seen one. Kudos to them for that. In addition you can get the VAMO or "Bamboo" as they call it with 3-5 day shipping for under $50.

Like MattB101 said, a light tap will straighten it out. I don't see it as necessary to return when the fix is so easy.

Health Cabin has an excellent reputation but tomorrow Chinese New Year begins. That usually does very unhappy things to shipping schedules for items coming from China.

Or you could just try getting a tight hold on it and sort of bend push it back together.I dropped my lava tube once and it looked just like that.I pushed it back into line and it still works fine.I can understand your frustation though about it arriving in the post like that:(

You sure? I thought spending $160 on a Provari was a much better idea. ;)

Simple fix if you wish to do so. I might return it as this may indicate some other trauma the device suffered.
If you wish to fix it you would need a block of wood, a shop cloth, and a rubber mallet.

Remove all heads and remove the lower barrel. Place the Vamo with the top down on the shop cloth and give the other side a sharp rap with the mallet. It should seat right down. I have had these apart and it is easy to put them back together. Just don't go crazy.

Again, my recommendation on any defective product or one that doesn't meet your expectations is to arrange return to the vendor. Acceptance of less than what you ordered isn't letting the vender deal with quality issues.

Sorry for your problems but if you are like me you will love the vamo.

Wow guys, Thanks all for the help. OK, I already have a Provari :) so no problem there. I don't think returning it to China is a good option it is just not worth the wait, got it for like 31$ shipped. I will try to fix it myself, should be easy. I was using it and had no problems at all. By the way it shipped with the samll spring and not the one that overheats. I am having disconnection issues with IMR 18650 nipple top and IMR 17650 flat top. I am throwing a 2 cents fuse there to get the extra height. I will try extending the spring as well, i will see how that would go.
