This is probably my fault...the website advertised it as a Tabac BCC with (Kanger T3), and stated "also known as Kanger T3". Evidently it's a knockoff, the one With the three holes.

When drawing with all holes open, it makes a nasty whistling sound and produces almost no vapor. Nice! So I've been sort of curling my finger around the thingy to cover the holes (finally resorted to electrical tape on two holes) and its still sucky in that sucking it is a waste of time. I'm moderately unhappy, but I've learned a lesson. I was advised on this very forum to be careful, but I'd already ordered.

Still, it's not *quite* the end of the world! I've got the Vivi Nova to try out, and two mini Novas on order, given that this is day 6 for me, day 5 for hubs, and that we're both delighted with the fact that we no longer smoke....I'd say that we're ahead big time. I'll retire the "Tobacklanger" and move on to bigger and better things. Seriously, we're like little kids with new toys, having fun.

This whole thing is awesome, and you guys (the non-gender-specific "guys":) are awesome too. Seriously glad to have found a comfy and friendly home in the land of Vapor!:)

From the sounds of it you've read the post about the T3 quality ? I've only skimmed and I'm not totally clear on what's going on, but it might not be knockoff and may be inconsistent Kanger quality. I'd like to give credit to whoever posted this originally, but I can't find it.

Have you tried the Kanger T2 ? Personally I'd give it a bit of an edge over the Vivi, with taste and vapor production, with lower build quality. Apparently pbusardo's clearomizer winner is the innokin iclear, I've gotta try one of those. :)

Sorry you hate the "T3" I don't like mine either, (not a knock off) Apparently they are/have been a hit miss on quality. I love the kanger T2, they've worked great for me. I used to hate the Viva Nova, just got a newer version, I love it. :D

Congratz to both you & you're other half for getting off the butts, you are ahead off the game :p
Smoking was never this exciting eh.

I don't know how many holes the T3 has, but the Tabac BCC does indeed have 3.

The sites I have come across where the Tabac BCCs were sold was never positioned with the T3s.
Post a link.

You can adjust the draw by screwing them down tighter or backing them off a tad if in fact it is a Tabac BCC.

I get that the sites you have come across didn't position the Tabac with the T3. Believe me or not, I'm not posting a link because you demand it. Sorry. The purpose of this thread wasn't to nail a vendor, just to share my experience. I could not adjust the draw by tightening the screw. Not being an idiot, I did give that a try. Many tries.

I made an order last week that included a new mod, my favorite vivi nova's, some juice, and I also ordered a single Kanger T3 or at least that's what I thought. I actually received a Kanger M3 Clearomizers-510. After checking my order, I made the mistake, but what a nice mistake it was!

Now, it's a small clearo, just holds 1ml, and it's very thin, probably looks terrific on a 510, I used it on my out-and-about ego twist. It's a top coil, but doesn't need a syringe to fill since the mouth piece comes off. The mouthpiece does create condensation, but haven't noticed a problem.

This little clearo vapes like a freight train, the th is unreal, and the taste is solid.

A mistake that turned into a nice little discovery...that's what I like so much about vaping. But I still have no idea what a T3 is all about?

I got a couple of the T3's.. great flavour, and TH BUT, I had to remove one of the "flavour wicks" that sit on top of the coils to get it to produce those results.

Now, while that did make a huge difference to the performance of the T3, it started to leak on the second day.. So, all in all, I can't say that I like it much either. :p

I did the same thing-took the top wick off and it leaks. Not impressed- looked so nice on my spinner too

Sorry to hear you're having problems with it. For me, it's the best thing to come along since Boge cartos (which pretty much eradicated the old cartridge system). Note that mine also have 3 holes and are not fake.

You can stop the gurgling by turning your ecig upside down and getting the flooded juice to run out through the drip trip. It should only be a drop or two of juice that's creating the gurgling, and you usually won't get any more of it until your next refill since it's an air-pressure issue.

I bought a pack of 5, and one thing I noticed is that the bottom half (the head) can have some slight variance in performance. They can be bought separately for cheap, so instead of tossing the whole thing out, give it a couple more shots with a different head, if only as a backup to your Vivi Nova.

Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S2 using Tapatalk 2. Only took 10 minutes to type the post.

Dry hits out of the box. Leaking after removing one wick. Being a bottom coil I thought the T3 could replaces my carto tanks. Wrong!

I "tweaked" one of the leaky ones this evening, and it's been working fine so far for the last hour or so.. Just fluffed up the wicks a bit, put it back together nice and tight, and so far so good.

Still keeping the hope alive.

I am hoping too that someday something will get made that eliminates the need for carto tanks completely. The clean flavour of a genesis coupled with the ease of using a T3 or Vivi Nova.

I've retired it. I have another one, plus three extra base/burner things. I'll put them away for an emergency, they do work, sort of, after a fashion:)

I'm doing okay with the vivi nova, and I have a couple of mini novas on the way. It's all about the learning curve, soon I hope to have a regular setup, that I know how to use and maintain properly, then I can move on to the more exotic things!

You have the right idea for how this "should" work. Two and half years in myself, and I have what works. Now, I'm trying to find what works better. :)

I just started with these on Monday. At first I was getting dry hits, I read the very long thread in the clearomizers forum and the tip about flipping the silicone cap that sits on top of the wicks upside down and not tightening too much fixed it for me. Now I m loving my MT3. The one thing I read, is that if it is too airy, put a toothpick in the hole and break it off.

maybe I should try my T3 again with my 50/50 chocolate mint I got from jughead. Constantly burns in my T2 and vivi nova mini. Who knows, might work without the leaky problem I had with all my other juices

edit: WOOT it's not burning so far. It still floods the coil a bit but not nearly as much as it used to. One puff would flood my T3, now I just get a slight little gurgle... HMMM

edit 2: burnt.... but at least it doesn't seem to leak like with 70/30 pg/vg juice
