Are the batteries the same. Could some one with an eGo-T just pick up an atomizer and covert the T?

Yup. Same standard eGo connection. The only difference in the batteries is that the eGo-C battery lights up blue when you turn it off/on, and will turn sky blue when it drops below, I think, 50% charge, and darker blue when the charge drops below 20% or somewhere around there, so you get some idea how much charge is left as you vape.

I heard/read somewhare that the eGo c batteries were regulated at a slightly higher voltage? Can anyone confirm/disprove this by chance? Kinda curious.

No multimeter to confirm, but I believe they're the same 3.4v regulated as always. What's different is that the atomizer modules it comes with are semi-low resistance (2.2ohms). Still a cool vape though, you won't avoid that with a tank. I've stuck the atty on my ProVari at 4.5V and it was still a cool vape, even though the atty was getting hot. Just too far and too confined for the vapor to stay warm on the way out.

Good to know. May pick up a body and atty just to try it out one of these days.
