I'm also disappointed with the Neo. The two puromizers in my manual kit were faulty. Had them replaced and after a day or two one is not wicking even Janty's PG juice properly without opening the refill flap to let air in. The puro that works produces a slightly harsh, muted and less mellow vape from my favourite juice.

Out of four puros, only one works properly and even then doesn't produce a satisfying vape. This is a pretty awful fail rate. I think there's definitely a QC issue going on in the initial production of these puromizers - the puros given to reviewers must be from a pristine batch or something.

So the Neo is now a back up device to my trusty Ego-T and I will wait a good while for puromizer production to become more consistent before I order any more.

I would also say it's a QC issue.
Of my initial kit, one wouldn't wick properly, no matter what - always burned taste.
The other worked "sort of" ok , meaning I could get it to taste burned by just forcing it some more.
Got a replacement for the non working one and got a unit that is simply great. Great vapor, great flavor, warmish, etc.

It's a pity, because the unit that works properly simply blows any ego-t I've tried out of the water, including LR units.

I do hope they can sort these issues out because, as it stands, ordering a unit seems like a lottery.
