Phoenix thanks for the info and yea the batteries are charged in 2 different manners one was a wall charge and the other is a usb and i did get both batteries to charge by blowing into them before i put them on charge. Yes i did check to make sure they like up and have now tried 4 different carts and all are the same. We did notice the carts take a little bit to warm up especially new carts but have nice vapor production. I do notice it does not matter how long we inhale for the light stays on after we stop and then blinks once after that you have to blow into it to get another hit. also i have noticed if a extremely light hit/ barley inhaling to the point of almost getting nothing out of it the light just dims off and we can take another hit. I have email steve at the v4l sites contact us email so just waiting for a response there but as i have said i know he will keep us smiling :)
I just went back through the post and see lightgeoducks post and tried that and both batteries are the same if you take the cart off and suck on the batt it lights up like it go out and try again and nothing, give a light blow into the batteries and then suck and it lights every time.

Yeah it really sounds like you have stuck switches. We will get it taken care of.

1. Are the cartomizers lined up correctly? You should see the airflow holes through the notches to get the best drag (at least for me, doing this has made a huge difference). That part was counter-intuitive to me and I would be curious if my interpretation is correct and if others find the same to be true.

As far as that goes I find very little difference. What makes the most difference to me is to make sure the cartomizer is screwed down all the way so that there is no gap between the battery and cartomizer.:) BTW both my batteries are silver and working great so far.

Brent,

Even though it was the value pack, I treat each customer very serious, I treat you, like I wish I were treated. Your batteries, with new case, along with an extra pack of cartomizers, are on it''s way.

Enjoy, and thank you for putting you trust in V4L
