Got my red Provari in mail today....

It didn't work. I was so bummed!! I sent "issue" email, and Kim emailed me back in about an hour. She suggested maybe coil at end cap got compressed and instructed me to carefully stretch it out a bit. Sure enough, it's working now. Very happy indeed !! I already have the black, same version (2.5) but really wanted the red one lol. It matches my purse, my phone, and my redline red Challenger RT Classic I sure appreciated the quick reply from Provape !!

Yeaaaa! I got my red one last Thursday! I have a purple one & a satin one but red is my favorite color! I was so sad that they released the red right after I bought my second but now I have it! I hope you love yours as much as I love mines! I'm glad they helped you figure out what was wrong. I know I wouldn't have wanted to send mines back immediately after getting my hands on it!

Oh! I'm also loving the blue LED! My others are red but this blue is much easier on the eyes in my opinion.
