Do you have a meter so you can verify there's power to the atty connector? If not you might just have to start a ticket with Hoog and return it for repair. You sure your battery's good and in the right way?

I have several older E2 cartos here that won't work with mine, but everything else I've tried on it works fine.

Mine had trouble as well. If you are inclined to do so, take it apart and make sure the spring inside is seated right on the 510 connector. That fixed mine.

Ditto. Mine arrived with same issue, needed same fix. Quick and easy to do. Once you've opened it up and see how the spring sits you'll see what you need to do to get it to seat properly against the connector.

After several thousand USPS tracking page refreshes, my Roughstack came yesterday as well. I'm throughly impressed with the construction. Disappearing seams, sturdy feel to the switch and general unit. Only problem I have with the design is the switch itself. I wish there was some sort of click or anything to indicate that power is on. Gotta press relatively hard for it to fire.

Besides that, I couldn't be happier. This is my first proper mod I ever bought. Thanks madvapes!

I already have two mini vapestacks but I'm still thinking about picking one of these up!

I have my MVS sitting here right next to my RS. Both are the same height when sitting on their bases. The RS is slightly bigger in diameter. Just in case you were curious how one related to the other size-wise. I must say that to me the blue anodized MVS looks nicer than the plain rock tumbled RS though. I'd gladly pay a $15-$25 'tax' to get anodized RS.

I've had mine for several days, the grey one. With a silver carto (E2) and a blk/grey Cherry Dream drip tip it is a fine looking device. My button wouldn't fire it up so I gave it some turns. It now is working great but the button doesn't depress very far. Any way to make it go down a little further when pressed?

It feels really nice in my medium sized female hands. If one is used to a cylindrical mod that is longer than 3" that you hold in your palm, it might take some getting used to. I hold it with my first three finger with pinkie under it and use my thumb to depress the button. The E2 is the XL version so I don't have to move my arm as much to get it up to my lips. The bulbous Cherry Dream drip tip balances out the heavy bottom. I loved the look and feel of it the moment I opened the box.

When I carry it in my work apron, for heavy work, I'm going to put a reg sized carto on it so it will be a little tougher.

I got the Roughstak for its toughness, to use around the "ranch", but it looks so cool I'll take it out with me (along with some other mods, of course, to show off).
