New roughstack issue

Just got my roughstack yesterday, and I am having some issues. Seems the switch only wants to work intermittently. Seems like every few tries you can get a "hit" from it. More often it seems if you press on the switch plunger somewhat on an angle. I am new to vaping and the RS for sure, so any help is appreciated. I have opened a ticket with madvapes too. With this as my only pv I hope its an easy fix.

have you tried removing the switch assembly and checking to make sure the spring is making good contact with the connector, also make sure the little blue "straw" is glued in there, i had one that did that and it was missing the straw and only worked randomly.

I carefully took it apart. There is no spring, just a wire from the board to the atty/carto fitting.

It sounds like you may have a bad switch. I would submit a ticket to madvapes and let them try to diagnose the problem. You may have to send it back for repair. Good luck!!!

I opened a ticket the other day, with a small response. I responded to it yesterday morning, and havent heard anything back yet.
