Got my SB yesterday may have a problem

I really love the SB it blows my other mods away i've been using it most of the day yesterday and today.

Anyway this evening several times when i push in the button it's dead i replaced the battery with a freshly charged one and the same thing happens

I make sure the button is pushed in all the way so what i was wondering is if anyone has experienced this and have any tips.

I am planning on giving it acouple more days and see if it continues before i return for warrenty i hate to have to send it in for repairs if i don't have to.

I have never had that happen with my SB might want to contact them for some troubleshooting

So I understand you correctly, it fires sometimes and others not? I have had 3 funky switches out of roughly 500 so far. My personal switch did that the first day. Does it seem to have a "double" click to it? The only sugestion I can make is to taping the switch several times to try and recenter the internal contact. A warranty is a waranty, only tolerate the funky switch as long as you like, or dislike. If you feel it is not better after trying the tapping send me a pm I will give you my address to send it, also include your address and I will get you a replacement. ASAP

Yes it fires sometimes and not others also there is no click on the switch when i push it in that i can tell.
What do you mean by taping the switch just pushing in on the switch lightly several times?

LOL yes taping it at the top sides and all around. what part of your figer are you using to depress the switch?

No problem, just let me know how it goes. Nothing more anoying than a funky switch.

Ive had the same issue- I would say maybe 1 out 100-200 pushes I get a dud. Meaning batteries are fully charged- atomizer has a clean connection everything a go. Its happened to me maybe 5-10 times since Ive had mine from the first 1.1 release- Any ideas?

After I thought about it- it happens less than 1 out outta 100-200 pushes. But Ive had duds maybe 10 times since Ive had the bullet. It is pretty annoying. At this point I don't think its worth sending back yet- but I'll have to monitor it. I know if I send it back- it will act perfectly normal- seems to always happen mostly with my truck. I take it to the repair shop and explain what noise or what the truck is doing, when they start looking at it- everything looks normal. Always happens to me like that.

A lot of times it is just does not get a full press to activate, I do it when i am not paying attention or tired.

OK- It happening right now!!!! I am clicking the hell out of it on fresh bats that I just pulled off the charger! I am trying everything- Im holding the atty mouth piece in my mouth and clicking it over and over and no vape. I am clicking all around the outside, the center everything over and over...

I stoped clicking to type this- juct picked it up, no vape yet....

EDIT: I just un-screwed it put the Tenergy 3v 750mah LiFePO4 bats on the meter: reading 3.32v and 3.32v.... putting them back in the SB....

EDIT 2: Put the bats back in and screwed down and now vape... very wierd

Yes the problem you just had is the batteries

I had the same problem as youngunner tonight. I took the battery out and put a fresh one in. Seemed to fix the problem. Must have just been the battery contact on the positive end sounds like. Good to know what it was and how to fix it.

Are the attys connecting properly? Sorry I did not read the whole thread.
Sometimes the center post gets jammed in too much. If this is the case, get an exacto knife and just pry it upwards a tad.
