Got USD 50.00 What should i get?

Sure this would be plain simple to some of you guys out there.

I am trying to stick to KR808D (that's why i posted here).

Got $50.

Here is wish list:
- 2 x 900mah or more batteries (lesser mah acceptable if have vv or vw)
- charger (usb + wall)
- 2 tanks with changeable/replaceable coils. (must hold more than 1mL, willing to consider smaller tanks but in 5 or more pack)
- can accept cartomizers from Halo without problem. (not all cartomizers are the same)
- pass thru cord *
- frees shipping * (but yours don't count if you gotta pay more than $5.00 to ship it)
