I agree. I'm a regular customer of theirs and don't have the issues with them that others do, but I have problems with their website. I use Stardusts with replaceable heads and most of the time I have to type it into the search to find them. They move things around a lot and some stuff doesn't even show up in any of the categories but will show up if you type it in the search box. It's very hard to navigate.

I've spent the last several months building a website for a friend that has well over 200 products. Unless you try and do something like that you have no idea how difficult it can be set up a well thought out navigation system. You always want to be 4 clicks away in either direction.

The only thing that I dislike is the 3 columns. I think many may find it much easier to take in what's there if only 2 columns. Also I think having two columns cuts down on a lot of scrolling. I hate having to scroll down too far. But that's just me and my index finger.

The best thing I find about this site is the photography. In my opinion no other site has the quality eye candy that GotVapes has. Detailed photographs can make a big difference when a customer is looking at products.

I'd probably have bought something by now, but it's just such a pain to surf thru!!

Agreed. Even the most basic item categories - like "batteries" - are missing. Go ahead - try putting "Battery" in their search option and see what happens...

I just shop elsewhere. Said it many times before: Spending your money shouldn't have to be that hard.

See, I don't agree. I click GV e-Cigarette Kits & Batteries and I get a full page of pictures but none of them are batteries as I think of them. No 18650s etc. There are some "batteries" as in ego batteries. But many of the items that come up are not batteries, not ego batteries, and not kits. And I guess the other thing is I get 30+ little pictures that I can't easily decipher without reading the caption, which are overly complicated as well.

Now, searching batteries at least brings up some real batteries, but also some tanks and other stuff. Why would tanks show up in a search for batteries?

I think it looks good. Just not always easy to find what you want. The biggest pain is finding things that go with other things. I think if you're buying something with a replaceable part, those parts should link off of the item, its irritating to have to go "find" them! Anyway I think its a better site visually than many, but I hate to think of someone new to all this trying to navigate it. I guess it works for em though.

I am & have been a regular customer of GotVapes for over 2 years now. Occasionally I find the site difficult to navigate, probably because they are always adding lots of new products, (old ones get buried). I do like the option to "email me when this is restocked". I guess since i've always ordered from them, received my orders fast, with no problems at all, I don't mind navigating through all of their new toys. I guarantee you when something new drops, GotVapes is gonna pick it up first. They also have alpha testers, so that they DO NOT test their products on buyers like other vendors do.

Compare gotvapes to madvapes site. While madvapes is sometimes really slow, I find their menu system much easier to navigate and the pictures much clearer.

Wow, went to MV after GV and it's blazing fast. For me. I think I'm one of those guys that just wants to go to a site, get what I want, look around Just A Bit- and leave. I'm simply not a "Shopper", lol.

Well, unless there's a power tool somewhere:)

hum how odd batteries and kits on the page GV e-Cigarette Kits & Batteries : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more. if you scroll down the kits are at the end. it could be divided up a bit better I'll give you that, but I know how much work it is to do.
