well im not a cart user and never have been but take the filler out and dry it with a paper towel. then let it air dry for a day. put it back in, add more juice, and it should be good as new. i guess you could use a hair dryer if you are in a hurry just dont burn it.

did that answer your question?

If you are using the 3 piece cartridge system, just pull the white filler out of the cartridge, rinse it with water, pat it dry with a paper towel. Let it try a couple of hours, put it back in the cart and fill with juice.

In the meantime, use your extra cartridge. You do have spares, right?

If you are using the 2 piece cartomizer system, about all you can do is take the end cap off and blow it out and let it air dry overnight or even 2 days if you got a lot of water in there.

I meant cartomizer...I was hoping there was a way to just get the water out and not the juice...cuz I don't drip right now. I just use a carto and throw it away...

A stab in the dark answer is to heat to about 150F in the oven for about 15 minutes. Keep shielded from heating elements by putting in a pan w/ lid.

If still doesn't vape then 15 more minutes.
