Johnson & Wales U baseball defeated Babson by a score of 5-1 in a non-conference contest at Pierce Field on Sunday afternoon.

Freshman Shawn Haugh (Tampa, Fla.) was outstanding on the mound for Johnson & Wales, allowing one run on three hits with 12 strikeouts in the complete-game victory.

He's on a 5 game streak. He told me he is playing for Grandpa. He is so happy right now..but if he doesn't do good, he just shugs it off and says "next time". He really wants to show his coach what he can do..the coach took a chance on a freshman starter.
He is kind of upset over his shirt..it's 2 sizes too big for him lol. But he wanted the number 42.
