I ordered my spring kit through them and they really went above and beyond with my order. I also ordered their smart cart 2.0 in that order. I ordered it at around 6:45am on a wednesday before leaving for work. I spent the day operating a skid-steer loader and on my way home I noticed a strange missed call and a new message. It was customer support telling me they had a small issue with my shipping information. turns out my google chrome auto-fill put in the wrong zip code! the message was very polite and a small quote is "we understand you ordered fast shipping so please give us a call or email soon so we can get this order to you as soon as possible". It blew me away that they were concerned about getting my order sent strongly enough to not only email but call me. I felt kinda embarrassed about the whole thing and called them back, and sure enough polite, respectful, and professional. my order arrived 2 days later with another surprise, a pipette for filling my smart carts and a piece of blue foam! I shot them an email thanking them for all they've done and they thanked me for the positive feedback. I've been meaning to write this earlier but have been busy with another supplier involving missing items in order and a mouthy representative(won't say who until this whole thing is resolved because everyone else gave this rep good reviews). I plan on doing more business with gotvapes in the future once I have money again lol startup is expensive but worth it. I give them 5 of 5 stars for customer service and price. I must admit they don't have the worlds largest juice selection but now I'd probably rather buy from their selection rather than a certain company with hundreds of flavors.
