Hi I am new to these forums, and wanted to share my experience. I bought the 650 VV kit they offered, and both batteries were defective. Both units were detaching from the main battery, and I kept pushing it back in. They agreed to replace, and I sent them in. Well over a month later, due to being sent to the wrong address, the replacements were sent back to them that they sent out. Well finally, after a long wait, I received 1...not 2 batteries today. No explanation or anything. I am really annoyed having to deal with this long awaited process to be sent only one replacement. I contacted them again. I am curious if anyone has had better luck shopping there than I have. I feel I was a nuisance, and not an actual customer. Now I have one battery, and who knows when I will receive another. I am not giving up though. Thanks for listening!
