No tirade here. Just two issues. 1. Bubble envelopes are about as useless as it gets for shipping anything. Everything will get crushed inside and be a mess when it gets to the customer. The USPS priority boxes are cheap. Charge me .50 - $1 more and use them please. The service issue I gave a positive review on would not have even happened if I didn't get a smashed box via the cheapo bubble envelope 2. I don't know if there is a postal vortex where you ship from, but it seems to take a lot longer than most to get items from you guys. I could live with slightly slower then usual shipping times if my stuff was in good shape when it showed up. My .02

thank you for that info and we appreciate the feedback. noted and stored. WE normally used priority boxes , either we where out a the time or the packer used the bubble envelope and i will let them know. once again we appreciate the feedback and thank you for taking your time to help us.
