The guys over at Gotvapes are running a top notch outfit.
They're constantly keeping customers up to date (via newsletters and the forums) on products, badkolo constantly shows off the products as well as tips and tricks to their products on youtube videos, and they properly educate their customers on what the product is.
They're incredibly fast to answer e-mails, forum questions, and very knowledgeable about the products they are selling.
Now I haven't fully agreed with some of the products. I thought the smart carts were subpar, and I thought the lucid carts were terrible, but that doesn't mean anything about the Gotvapes crew, just that the products didn't agree with me.
However, with the Fluxomizers..... great stuff. Amazing product, a plethora of youtube videos by badkolo about them, and even before I owned any I knew exactly how to use them.
My first 15, I had 4 broken tubes. When I placed my next order, I left a comment about that in the special requests box, and requested some replacement tubes. I open the package, and what do I find? 5 perfect replacement tubes at no cost to me.
Now my second batch of 15, all 15 were there, worked, and had no cracked tubes.
I'm very satisfied with these guys. They ship fast, they keep their customers in the loop, and they do their best to keep their products in stock.
Now, I haven't tried their liquids yet, I plan to eventually, so I can't speak on them.
