Speaking of... found a simpler way to clean the vortexes. I just flipped mine over and poured a few mls of isopropyl alcohol through the bottom hole. next I dry burned the devil out of it until I could look down the airway and see the coils again. no bad taste, no disassembly, no leaking, all awesomeness!

no it doesn't. blow it out a few times after the iso before you start the dry burn. make sure you got a good battery though. it took me about 5 minutes of dry burning alone before I could see the coils again. They're just too difficult to take apart so I figured it was worth a shot.

I think you might find that White Vinegar does a better job of dissolving the "gunk" on the atomizer coil than alcohol. Cheaper also.

No aftertaste as long as you give them a quick rinse in warm water. No real after taste if you don't rinse them but I have a strong urge to eat pickles if I don't.
