Last week, I ordered two Kanger MT3's and two replacement coils but only recieved one MT3. I immediately contacted them via their igotvapes.com ticketing system to report a problem and after a few message exchanges, they sent the rest of the items without a hitch; I recieved them today.
I've been lurking on ECF/Reddit regarding Gotvapes lately and feared the worst about their "reputation". I'm just glad I can dismiss those rants & raves seeing how they've resolved my order perfectly and without hassle. It doesn't hurt to use their ticketing system and the ECF forums when you need something taken care of. Just be patient and not obnoxious/paranoid thinking you've been "scammed".
