it is charged it turns on if I press the up and down buttons. Yesterday it would fire if I had it plugged in. Today it won't fire period

there has been some issues with the 50W in the past. Maybe the button got stuck or something. I have 20& 30's and a 40W istick and have had no trouble with any of them. I never got the 50W one so I can't tell ya how to fix it
