We are in the middle of a heat wave and I am finding it hard to believe that snow actually exists. Keep warm and safe everyone.

It's not exactly a heat wave here...but comfortable.....that's why I love the photos......
it would seem my package is hung up in that darn "Black Hole of Texas"....it arrived there yesterday morning...and no movement since....I hope I get it before Christmas........

Our postal system is in melt down so I don't expect anything until new year. Then if it comes early I can be excited.

Imagine that ... ....They use Geothermal (as in Hot Springs! ) energy for alot of things there.

Here is another Christmas tradition. The lions club do a lot for the needy and every year they sell a Christmas fruit cake. This cake has to be the best cake ever. (I don't eat cake but this one is always on the menu). The smell is exactly like mince pies and you can eat it hot with custard, cold, toasted with slathering a of butter, I can smell it already
