My new year resolutions, well I have two...
Help my wife get off the stinkies

I'd honestly love to lose some weight, maybe 20lbs, I could probably lose about 30 and be decent but I'm aiming for 20 lols... I already have start to a plan for this, and preparing for it, going to be lowering my carb/sugar intake and upping my vegetable intake. last time I did this I dropped about 6lbs in a month, going to combine that with some sort of exercise this time can't decide which yet though.. For the last 10 or so years I've been between 30-40 pounds over the weight I'd like to be at, every time I tried to work out I'd be out of breath in no time thanks to smoking, now that I've quit I think I have a fighting chance!
For 20 years my resolution was to quit smoking lol, it took me a while to come up with this one
