Posted this on their forum , but thought it needed more exposure . I recently ( last week ) ordered some things from Gotvapes . They arrived today , but one of the items sent was not what was ordered . Submitted a support ticket , and within 15 minutes , got a conformation of my ticket . Less than 1/2 hour later got several e-mails from Chris ( customer service ) And within the hour one from Daniel , stating that the correct item had been sent out . All I can say is WOW . There's good customer service , and then there is service , second to none . I think I have found that with Gotvapes . Thanks a lot guys , you rock .
