Just ordered some stuff from Gotvapes , late last week . Got the items today , but one item was not what was ordered . I submitted a support ticket , and Chris responded within 15 minutes . And in less than an hour later , got a message from Daniel , that the correct item was shipped . I don't know about some of you , but I don't think customer service gets any better than this . Sign me , one very satisfied customer . And by the way , if you haven't tried the new Vivi Nova's , you need to , as they rock , and all prior issues have been resolved . Thanks guys .......
