I like stainless finishes. I was shopping for a smaller battery that would fit better in a shirt pocket. I googled "vision spinner 400 mah stainless" (I like spinners too), and the only site that showed them in stock was here. I went to gotvapes to look at the product, and although they didn't have a pic of the 400 mah spinner shown with the description, it did say "stainless". They were a little more expensive here, but I logged in and ordered them. The package arrived a few days later, and they sent "chrome". shipping ticket said "stainless"
I started a help desk ticket to tell them this. I will say that woody55 was quick to reply,and he was very professional. He also told me that all they had in stock was stainless for this product. After trying to convince them I definitely had chrome, I asked for a refund. Woody55 told me he would have to send this to Daniel. I sent a pic of the two spinners I got from them sitting beside another chrome 1300 mah spinner I got somewhere else with the factory wrapper from the 1300 mah spinner that was clearly marked as chrome (the finish is identical). I also ordered a stainless thread cone from them at the same time( which was stainless). I had it in the pic as well attached to an ego twist 650 mah stainless ( sweet setup

Daniel did get back to me. He said "we sometimes use the terms chrome or stainless interchangeably, but we do include pics on the site "
As I said, they didn't have an actual pic of these 400 mah spinners at all. What they do have is a "generalized" pic of several spinners, one of which does show a spinner in stainless (I believe it is a 900 mah size)
Daniel did offer to refund my money. He gave me instructions to ship it back to them, and said they would reimburse me for the shipping.(no return label? I do understand this IS their "policy"). I will say again that they handled this professionally and promptly, but I decided to not go thru the hassle of returning this and just "settled" with what I got. For the record I do like the 400 mah spinner, just wished it were stainless like I'd ordered.
To sum this up, this isn't an entirely negative post, as I've done business with gotvapes in the past. They've always sent what I ordered before with one minor issue, but this was taken care of promptly, and satisfactorily. They do have the right to do business as they see fit, just like I can spend my money the way I see fit. I have more batteries, equipment, toys than should be allowed maybe, but I was after a certain "look". The reason I posted this is to give others a fair heads up if you order chrome or stainless from them.
From now on I will try to shop with companies that have a phone number to call and ask as I'm just a little "gun shy" now. After talking to Joe, I think I found a new supplier for these
