GotVapes -- turned it around!

I placed an order about 2 weeks ago from GotVapes.com, and proceeded to spend the next 8 days stalking the mailman. Obviously I can't fault them for the USPS being slow and ineffectual, but I was already on edge by the time the package came.

When it finally arrived, I tore it open like a kid on Christmas morning -- three new flavors to taste, and two different types of disposable atomizers to test out!

As I took inventory, a bit of disappointment set in. One of my juices was the wrong nic level, and my Sapphire cartomizer order got screwed up. I was supposed to receive a 2-pack, but for some reason received only one, and it was missing the fill plug (no bueno, unless you like drinking your e-juice).

As this was my first order with them, I was feeling frustrated and annoyed, but everyone on here has given them glowing reviews and say they have great customer service... and I understand, mistakes happen sometimes... so I fired off a few emails to support, and after 2 days still hadn't heard an answer. Decided to post a comment on the GotVapes forum, and got an immediate response from badkolo who not only got a new package sent out with my Sapphire cartomizers, but even was kind enough to throw in another bottle of juice so I could have the low-level night-time vape I was looking for.

The second package got here much faster, and everything was in order. Two beautiful brand new Sapphires, and exactly the juice I asked for, in a strength that won't give me insomnia from those late night chain-vape sessions.

I gotta say, their customer service really is amazing, they went above and beyond to make me happy. After opening my package today, I've gone from frustrated potential negative reviewer to a satisfied customer who will definitely be coming back for more.

Awesome products, great prices, and outstanding customer service.

Oops... after I finally busted out my Sapphires to test them out, I noticed they look different from the first loose atty I got... poked around GotVapes' site, and discovered they accidentally sent me a Vision Deux mini instead of the Sapphires. Not what I ordered, and I'm glad I did eventually get my order, but now I feel kinda bad... after them throwing in the e-juice and me winding up with an extra atty I didn't order but will definitely use, I am totally obligated to place another, huge order... wish I could add a tip at checkout!!
