Hey there Krisma.
I think the problem with a lot of the tech products today is that the instructions are written by no tech people in a foreign language then get translated and nobody checks if they're accurate, complete or understandable. Then the company wants the customer to call their helpdesk and pay their so called tech experts to fix it.

Thanks Mac. I had a cup of tea and watched some UK YouTube videos, same info but explained in different way that made much more sense. I didn't want to blindly follow directions but rather understand how it all connected. Old school this way and it doesn't help that my network/system is MAC when everything is explained in windows speak.

I have most of the structure setup the way I want now so I feel much better.
