History: Ordered a Mini Vivi Nova with extra replacement heads on 8/8/2012....Shipped 8/9/2012....invoice # 1052606
The order was submitted with a comment that I wanted the Nova, which is only sold with a 2.4 ohm head, to have the replaceable head to be changed to a 3.2 ohm head. I ordered 2 extra 3.2 ohm heads. The order shipped the next day. I was pleased to see it was shipping so quickly (this was my first order ever from Gotvapes).
I received my order and upon opening it I first looked at the provided invoice. Written on the invoice were these words:
SORRY, THE MINI'S ARE PREPACKAGED....AND THE WRITTER'S INITIALS....
I opened the Nova, and replaced the head with one of the 3.2 ohm heads I also purchased.
I then submitted a Support ticket to Gotvapes. (Ticket 3814) I explained that this was my first (and last order) from them, and that my request at purchase time was not honored, nor did I receive any information from them prior to shipping that it would not be honored. I stated that had I had prior notification that they would not honor my request, I would have cancelled my order.
Gotvapes replied back to me that the mini's are prepackaged with a 2.4 ohm head. They went on to say that they simply can't switch those out normally for several reasons...it throws their inventory system off and also it would take time to process something like this on a regular basis. Gotvapes (Daniel) also said when they are pre-packaged we usually can't do switch outs.
By the way, Daniels reply was started by calling me Mark, which is not my name.....
OK, since I received Gotvapes ticket reply, I replied back, stating that by all means, I wouldn't want to screw up their inventory or spend any extra time to meet a customer request...a simple e-mail to me prior to shipping and I would have cancelled my order, but that also would have taken extra time...I expressed my thoughts that Gotvapes puts profit ahead of customer service...and also noted they could not even get my name right...
I have not received any reply to my second correspondence on this ticket (it's been 4 days now)...(for the record, I only use 3.0 ohm or higher gear, and have for years now).
I do not require a reply to this thread, just placing my experience here....To me, customer service is important....'nuff said...
