I placed an order for a 30ml RY4 bottle. When received it had a weird peppery taste to it. I'm still steeping it, so it might come around.

Anyways, I emailed GV about it, and Cindy from GV said they will ship me a new bottle of the RY4 and to let her know whether this is one is better.

This is what I call great customer service.

I guess we had the same problem. I'm getting a very weird peppery taste in my RY4, mostly in the aftertaste. It's not sweet at all and i really can't stand vaping it. I bought a big bottle of it also because i love RY4. Made me sad.

Oh man that sucks :( If my fiancee doesn't like it, do you want my sample bottle of 24mg to see if it's any better? :)

My recent order with GV (during their 50% promo) was completely FUBAR. Order completely messed up, packaging failure, all around chaotic mess.

I was fuming when I called them.

But then I got Cindy on the phone, and she fixed it completely for me. Had my correct order shipped out right away and considering my circumstances, I wasn't required to send any of what I did receive back.

I called very upset. But I hung up the phone very satisfied. I thought I would have to fight, and I didn't. Very happy with them.
