Bad recent Customer service experiences and my Great Experience with MyVpro

If it's in stock for a reasonable price I order from MyVaporStore.com (NY). They ship quickly and I usually get it a few days. It's usually here in middle GA in two or three days. USPS must air ship to Atlanta and then deliver down to me.

There's also a MyVaporStore listed in Panama City Beach, FL. I wonder if there's a connection.

I've had my fill of them. They held my order for a week before telling me that something in my order was out of stock. I had tracking number and all. The day i was expecting it to be delivered was when they emailed me saying one item was out of stock. They never even apologized.

Here's a recent example of poor service. I'm keeping the name of the store undisclosed since I don't want to give them any publicity. I ordered a mod. 2 days later, I get offers for other mods as substitutes for what I ordered. None of the offers are acceptable and I ask several times for a refund but the sales person keeps pushing more garbage. The sales person finally says he will refund the payment. But 3 days later he still hasn't refunded the payment. 2 more days and still hasn't done it. Then after 2 more days , he finally refunds the payment and 3 days later it posts to my account.

The out of stock item is still on their website to lure another person.
