Placed a large order of many different flavors on Wednesday and found out I had ordered the wrong mix proportions, absolutely my fault. Called them today, Thursday and asked them if they could fix my mistake to the order. To my complete suprise I was told that the entire order was filled and shipped on Wednesday. Now I had a real problem, the mix I ordered I could not vape. I was told not to worry they would duplicate my order and send it to me FREE OF CHARGE I never expected that from any company. This was a large order. MY hats off to Gourmet Vapor and they have a customer for life.
