So the whole story is this. I placed an order with GV several weeks ago and got the order and the juice was good. The juice was so good in fact, I referred a friend to them. We both placed new orders 9 days ago and are both sitting in the dark now. We have both called and emailed several times and get no response at all. I was lucky enough to get a real person to answer the phone once and all he told me was that they were running behind because they ran out of something and that my order would ship soon. That was 2 days ago. I have since called and emailed again (as has my friend I referred) with of course, no response from anyone at GV. They do not answer the phone, they do not reply to voicemails, and they do not reply to emails. This might be ok if 2 or so weeks was the norm for juice delivery but I have found from many, many other suppliers, that is just not the case. The worst part of the whole thing is that my friend is on a limited income and can not afford to order more juice from somewhere else because she gave them her money trusting what I told her about them. So now she sits, in the dark, low on juice and no money to order more because I told her to go there.

I had a similar situation. On my situation it wasn't the vendor's fault, I wasn't watching my email, and the vendor needed info to fill the order that I had not supplied.

I was fortunate enough to have the extra juice on hand to keep my convert going, but I'd rather have him vaping his juice, not mine.

I recently had the same situation with them which surprised me because normally they are very good about shipping within 24 hours. My order was placed days b4 the sale started. It would be nice if they could let us know when there is an issue with an order (flavor shortage or whatever).

They also don't supply tracking and when i inquired as to why I was told it was because stamps.com is always behind on their tracking updates. My suggestion to supply the tracking number and a link to USPS instead of stamps.com.

Most vendors pull bottles off a shelf and stick it in a box. Some mix each bottle as a batch. Some of these vendors are mom and pop businesses.

Find something you like, and get a huge bottle of it, just in case.

Smokeforpennys has big discounts on their big bottles. I just got a 125ml bottle for about $30.

You might check the classifieds for some cheap juice for your friend to tie her over. You might also watch the PIF thread for a give away. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-group-treasure-chest-revised-edition-29.html - post #568 (look is the quotes) is still available as of right now. Gourmetvapor, during sales, can take up to a month to receive your order from. Good luck and watch the PIF thread I linked you too.

If you need juice right away, check VaporSearchUSA.com for nearby shops

And FreedomSmokeUSA usually ships pretty quickly but everybody has been having sales so that may slow things a bit. Madvapes and Gotvapes are usually reasonably quick. And when you want quick shipping avoid places that do custom flavors. You can also expect slower shipping around sales times which are usually around holidays, big sporting events and Vaper Cons. And buy spare juice even if it's a 50ml bottle of Chinese PG juice.
