So the whole story is this. I placed an order with GV several weeks ago and got the order and the juice was good. The juice was so good in fact, I referred a friend to them. We both placed new orders 9 days ago and are both sitting in the dark now. We have both called and emailed several times and get no response at all. I was lucky enough to get a real person to answer the phone once and all he told me was that they were running behind because they ran out of something and that my order would ship soon. That was 2 days ago. I have since called and emailed again (as has my friend I referred) with of course, no response from anyone at GV. They do not answer the phone, they do not reply to voicemails, and they do not reply to emails. This might be ok if 2 or so weeks was the norm for juice delivery but I have found from many, many other suppliers, that is just not the case. The worst part of the whole thing is that my friend is on a limited income and can not afford to order more juice from somewhere else because she gave them her money trusting what I told her about them. So now she sits, in the dark, low on juice and no money to order more because I told her to go there.
