Well I ordered on Monday, paid for express shipping... but I haven't received notification that they accepted my interac transfer.

I've seen a few rumblings recently... can anyone confirm that GR is, um... still completing orders...? I'm low on juice, hence the express shipping...

Oh, and it's been a while since I shopped around. I don't know who the new players are. PM me with recommendations for Canadian juice vendors! Thanks.

Here's the email I got from them yesterday, have a huge order of equipment for me, my wife, my mom in law and a buddy of mine and lots of it is juice so am gonna wait. Sounds like they are getting more traffic than normal and are gonna start keeping more on hand.

Dear customer,

Its the email nobody likes to receive and we never like to send.

I regret to inform you we've run out of nicotine needed to fulfill your
order at the moment. We are hoping for restock in the next day or two
but these things are never a guarantee and we've encountered many issues
with this lately.

As we grow bigger so too does our need for the good stuff and this adds
pressure to our already stressed means of supply. We are actively
pursuing a more stable solution to this frequent problem but these
things take time and unfortunately everyone needs what they need ASAP.

For now please review the below scenarios to find that which applies to
your order to see how you can proceed;

1) IF you have been billed for credit card AND paid it, you may request
a refund at anytime. Otherwise your order status will remain the way it
is until we can complete your order at which point we will do so. If you
wish to wait, no response is necessary and we will simply proceed with
processing pending orders as soon as we possibly can!

2) IF you have sent an Interac e-transfer your transfer has NOT been
received and you may cancel it (to reclaim it to your account) at
anytime you wish. If you wish to wait, no response is necessary and you
can leave the Interac e-transfer alone and we will accept it once we can
process your order.

3) IF you have placed an order for credit card but have not been
billed, you will NOT be billed until we can process your order, at which
point we will send you your bill. If you do not wish to wait you simply
do not need to pay the bill, although you may request a formal
cancellation of your order if desired, but this is not necessary.

4) IF you have placed an order via Interac or CC payment that involves
only hardware OR 0mg/ml eliquid, we will identify your order shortly and
proceed with processing it.

5) IF you have placed an order with hardware and eliquid and wish to
have the eliquid removed and the hardware segment of the order
fulfilled, please let me know with your order # and authorization to do
so and we will proceed accordingly. Alternatively you may resubmit an
order with hardware (or 0mg/ml eliquid) only and in the order notes
request a cancellation of your prior order (including its order #). Only
do this if you have NOT already completed a credit card payment for the
first order (interac does not matter as we are not depositing them so
you CAN re-place the order).

I apologize for the inconvenience and hopefully we can get the juice
flowing again ASAP. We do appreciate your patronage and hope this does
not cause you any troubles.

Well it's all quite disappointing. This was my emergency order as I'm low on juice. Ordered Monday, paid for express shipping... and he still hasn't replied to my inquiry or accepted the interac. I don't want to rag on the guy too much, but communication is sorely lacking.

Besides all that, I'm a little confused about the no nic situation. My order was all TV juice... he's out of stock on that too? Or just his nic base for his in-house juices? All the TV juices I ordered state they are "In Stock"

Anyway, I ended up placing a second order with Canvape that shipped the next day. Pretty much the best CDN vendor, imo...

No, all of his TV juices are no nic when he get's them. He just adds the nic on this side when the order is placed. I do agree though, that a little more communication in this situation would greatly help ease customer tension!
