This past Saturday evening, my son texted me that they were in the e.r. with my oldest g-daughter. She had a 12 out of 10 pain in her right side back. She is only 12. They had her on a morphine drip. That said alot about her pain. They eventually found that she had a kidney stone. It's so unusual for someone that young to have a kidney stone. It was 2mm and she did pass it before she left the e.r. I was giving him advice about how to keep himself calm and her as well. Mimi, here, was secretly trying to stay calm as well, as I wasn't ready to give up another g-child. Don't know if I mentioned it or not but my son and wife are getting a divorce and the children don't know yet. But as far as kidney stone part, God took care of it! Thank You, Father!!!
The next day, since she was fine, he went to the Denver Broncs and New England Pats game and had a ball! He was flying high, and I know how he feels as we felt that when the Saints went to the Super Bowl in 2009. It's a rush, to say the least. He sent me a picture from his cellphone from the stadium and he was having the time of his life. I can truly say that he needed some jubilence in his life right now. He asked me who I thought was going to win and I told him that I didn't really know since the Seahawks and Broncs were both strong teams. Anything can happen in a football game.....and it can. When we played the Colts, and Peyton Manning was quarterback then, he threw a ball that we intercepted and that pretty much cinched the game for us. So I have no idea. Just for funsies, who do you think will win????
